How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your desired fragrances to the cart, and click the cart icon to proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal and Venmo.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (PayPal/Venmo). We do not store your sensitive payment details on our servers. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect your information during checkout.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
As required by law, we collect applicable sales tax based on the shipping address within the United States. The amount will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately at info@elixirfume.com or +1 813-758-9684 if you need to modify or cancel an order. We process orders quickly, but we'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't entered the shipping process yet. Cancellation or changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
What are your shipping costs within the US?
We offer FREE standard ground shipping on orders $49 and over (after discounts, before tax) shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. For orders under $49, there is a $6.99 flat rate for standard ground shipping. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically take 2-3 business days for processing. After that, standard ground shipping to addresses in the contiguous US usually takes an estimated 3-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is roughly 5-10 business days. Please note these are estimates.
Where exactly do you ship?
We currently ship only to physical street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track the package via the carrier's website.
How do I return an item that is eligible (unopened/unused)?
Please contact our customer support at info@elixirfume.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and authorization if the item is eligible. Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Can I return a perfume if I opened it or sprayed it and don't like the scent?
No. This is very important: Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fragrance that has been opened, used, sprayed, or tested. To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be in its original, unopened, sealed manufacturer packaging and in unused, resalable condition (unless confirmed defective upon arrival). Please read our Return Policy carefully before purchasing.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
For eligible preference-based returns (e.g., you changed your mind about an unopened item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is necessary due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), Elixirfume will cover the return shipping. See our Return Policy.
What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?
We try our best to keep popular items available. You can check back on the website periodically or contact us at info@elixirfume.com to inquire about potential restock dates.
Scent is subjective. How can I know if I'll like a fragrance before buying?
We provide detailed descriptions based on the fragrance notes and character. However, individual perception of scent can vary greatly based on personal preference and skin chemistry. Since opened items cannot be returned, we recommend researching reviews or potentially trying scents via official sample programs (if available directly from the brand) before committing to a full bottle if you are unsure.
How do you protect my personal information?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
